Our Board of Directors
Savannah Station Therapeutic Riding Program is a 501c3 nonprofit organization established in 2013. Our board of directors volunteer their time acting as advisors and advocates, ensuring that the mission of Savannah Station TRP is carried out with the utmost transparency and proper allocation of funds. Our board’s wide variety of experience in business, education and finance assists us in securing contributions and support on behalf of our organization. This support allows us to continue to serve our large service area with the highest standards well into the future.
Savannah Station's Board Meetings take place on the third Monday of each month at 6:30 pm in the Classroom at Redlands Community College, Royse Ranch, adjacent to the Savannah Station TRP arena.

Tomas Manske, Chairman
Rancher and Professional Auctioneer, lives in Yukon, OK
Tomas joined the Savannah Station Board in 2018. He has been a part of the Oklahoma Cooperative Extension Service for 24 years and has experience working with volunteers, foundations and other non-profit organizations. He attended the Kenneth Gregg School of Auctioneering in 1987 and as a member of Manske Brothers Auctions and Reding’s Auctions has assisted with all types of sales from agricultural and surplus sales to estate and business sales. Tom has created a niche in the metro area helping organizations with benefits and auctions of all sizes for groups such as Savannah Station Therapeutic Riding Program, Cavett’s Kids Foundation, Toy’s For Tot’s, Special Olympics and recently the Mark Harmon Oklahoma Kids Charity event. Tomas has also been involved several years with the March of Dimes at the Oklahoma Sports Headliner banquet.

Security Analyst, WEOKIE Federal Credit Union, lives in Oklahoma City, OK
As well as holding the office of Vice Chairman, Jeff represents participating families on the Savannah Station Board. He has been employed with WEOKIE Federal Credit Union over 24 years. He also volunteers a great deal of his time to his church, Special Olympics Oklahoma and to Savannah Station TRP.

Niki Fanning, Secretary
Bohannan Insurance professional and business owner, lives in Yukon, OK
Niki is a native to the Yukon community, and she firmly believes in giving back to the places that she cherishes. She is a local business owner, works for a local insurance company, and has children that are very active in the community. Niki grew up around horses and her middle daughter shares that passion and also volunteers at Savannah Station. For the Fanning family, Savannah Station fits with their passions and is a great way to give back to the community.

Executive Vice President of Finance, Ward Petroleum (Retired), lives in Yukon, OK
Rick served as the Chief Financial Officer of Ward Petroleum for 33 years. He has also served on the boards of numerous nonprofit organizations including the American Cancer Society, American Red Cross and the United Way of Enid. He is an accomplished chef and as Chef Toz, he has used his skill to benefit many nonprofit organizations throughout the state.

Athena's passion is to unite with her clients, navigating the journey of building on their land. Athena has successfully lead sales teams within the retail industry, banking industry and finally using her talent within the construction industry. She received the honor of Prosperity Bank's Woman of the Year Finalist of 2014. She is the owner of Athena's School of Sales and Marketing. In late 2018 she launched her own coaching company, AthenaCaptain.com. She is active within her community as a Board member for Oklahoma Family Network and she is a Co-founder of Savannah Station Therapeutic Riding Program in honor of her daughter Savannah.

Julie has worked in education for 24 years and helps lead El Reno Public Schools overseeing Federal Programs. She has been a member of the El Reno Wranglers trail riding club for 23 years. She is married to Craig Huber and has two daughters, Catherine and Caroline. Her favorite things are spending time with her family and riding her horse, Bud.
